New Year's Eve

We had a little party New Year's Eve. It started with the Greenwald family coming over to for a wii night. The David family and the Jones family stopped by too! The girls all stayed up until 11 for the countdown! It wasn't even hard for them! They had such a blast drinking their sparkling cider!

Christmas Morning!

What a fun Christmas morning! After presents we went to the Greenwald's for coffecake then dinner was at our house with the Greenwalds and my mom. My dad stayed home since he wasn't feeling good. Just wasn't the same without him:(

Christmas Eve Morning

we started the day out at Grammie and Grandpa's house for breakfast! We thought it would be fun for all the kids to wear their pj's this year!! Wow, we actually got a picture of all the grandchildren together! What a big group! Are we finally done? Hopefully not;)

Christmas Party

Our Anual Christmas party was at Auntie Maddie and Uncle Tom's house this year! we started with bowling and the party continued back at their house! Santa came and Sam and Nathan both did great!!

Preschool Christmas Mass

For those of you who didn't know, Sam started preschool on December1st. It has been the BEST decision I have ever made. She loves it. She asks every day if she is going to school today. So far she is doing great and making great friends (chloe,Nathan,Mia,Erin). We usually walk since it is in our backyard!! Very nice! They had a Christmas mass today and all the classes got up and sang Christmas songs. I was so excited for her and felt so proud!! She has really grown up into a sweet little girl(well most of the time).

Gingerbread House

We went to Grandma's house today to make gingerbread houses! What a special treat she had for Sam and Elizabeth!

WINTER FUN!!

We finally got some snow this week and we've gone outside on the warmer days to play! Nathan loves to be pulled around by Sam! We even made out first snowman of the year!

Festival of lights Parade

Tonight we went to the Festival of Lights Parade in downtown Crystal Lake. It was soo cold out! We brought Mary with us to have fun with Sam. All the kids piled in the wagon and we got hot cocoa to keep us warm! I think we will for sure try to make this parade an annual event!

Happy Halloween!

We had a COLD and windy Halloween this year! Didn't stop the kids from trick or treating!! Sam was Cinderella this year and Nathan was a lion! Grandma and Grandpa came to help pass out candy so we could take the kids out. That night we had a fire at the Greenwald's house with neighbors!
